CVSI identified significant integration potentials within and outside the clients enterprise.

Results: Customer was able to double the case load and create offshore presence in Panama without any system investment and changes. CVSI continues to provide enhancements and support for this system.

Challenge: Improve the ability to create the strategic resource planning and mobilization the organization for behavioral alignment toward strategic goals.

Critical Issues: Older technology could not provide good usability, support for distributed storage pattern and data synchronization.

Vision: CoreValue Services was hired to develop the automated software for conducting interviews that would be cross-platform and would allow a convenient and flexible way for an interviewer to gather required information with its further structuring.

Capabilities: In close cooperation with the client's subject area expert team has analyzed various business cases, designed scalable system, performed the development and deployment of the Interviewer software.

Results: Customer has been able to use the new approach for conducting interviews and as result significantly increase capacities of existing resources.




Online Photo Printing


Challenge: Integrated web-shop front-end with ERP back-end enable the seamless flow of sales orders in client's business process.

Critical Issues: Data synchronization in client's ERP system.

Vision: CoreValue Services was hired to develop a middleware for e-fulfilment of sales orders. Automated process includes receiving, adjusting, disposing and monitoring the status of sales orders.

Capabilities: The team has analyzed ERP integration possibilities and client's business process, designed and developed middleware based on using web services for complex processes.

Results: Significant decrease in time and human effort for processing sales orders. Enhanced visibility of business transaction and historical accuracy of all processed records




Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Company – Commercial Distribution


Challenge: As part of a post merger integration effort, an inherited network of Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) post-merger members and Performance Participation Agreements (PPAs) needed to be assigned to pricing groups on a quarterly basis based on market share and sales performance of each member.

Critical Issues: Manual contract commitment and performance management process inherited was inefficient, prone to costly errors, errors out of compliance and required significant overhead disbursements in gross compensation expenses compliance, expenses.

Vision: Alliance Consulting was hired to develop a "Contract Performance Tool" to automate the arduous quarterly process of calculating pricing for each member based on their sales and performance results of each GPO. The tool extracts upon the tired pricing schedule from each of the applicable agreements and the dependent data on the market share and sales performance, cross correlates the data as necessary, calculates performance achievement values, applies performance specific business rules to the data, and adjusts the contract/price group/member associations within the pricing systems based on the results.

Capabilities: A team fused with Contract Commitment & Performance Management and solution and business process Management, design experience and expertise discovered, designed, developed, and deployed the first generation of the "The Contract Performance Tool" and a business process map that optimized the legacy function.

Results: Significant reductions in cycle time and human effort along with enhanced accuracy that minimizes over- discounting has justified the investment in working with Alliance Consulting many times over. Per the Company's request, Alliance Consulting is enhancing the tool to manage Long-Term Care and Department of Defense initiatives.




Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support


Challenge: Increase stability and output of the eDiscovery Platform while maintaining high degree of quality and accuracy.

Vision: CoreValue Services was hired to develop eDiscovery 3.0 platform to automate the extraction and presentation of critical discovery information from sources like Word documents, emails and spreadsheets. Output data was to be managed and extracted using variety of filters and definitions.
